The foundation upon which an application lies is the proper delineation of wetland resource areas.  Delienations are based on a variety of factors to include soil and plants community analyses; federal, state and municipal regulatory definitions; and a general understanding of the underlying geography of an area.

Often property owners require landscape design plans in response to enforcement issues, as mitigation for proposed construction, or to restore an area overrun with invasive plant species to a native setting.

We will take your project through the environmental permitting process to include collaboration with other professionals, completion of applications, preparation of project narratives, and representation before regulatory agencies:  Conservation Commissions, the Department of Environmental Protection, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Massachusetts Environmental Protection Unit, Massachusettts Coastal Zone Management, Massachusets Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program), and National Marine Fisheries Service.
